Digital products only

FestiCart sells digital products: printable kits, templates and guides in PDF or Canva format. Nothing is shipped by mail, so there are no shipping costs and no tracking numbers.

When you receive your files

Your download links appear on the order confirmation page right after payment, and we also send them by email (subject: “Your download is ready” in the language of your edition). If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Download limits

Each link can be used up to 10 times during 365 days from your purchase. Save the files on your device or in your cloud storage after downloading.

Problems with a download

If a link does not work or a file does not open, email support@festicart.shop with your order number and we will send you a new link within 24–48 hours.
