We want our digital products to really help you. If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. There is nothing to send back.

How to request a refund

Email support@festicart.shop with your order number and, if you like, a short note about what did not work for you. We reply within 24–48 hours.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or PayPal, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Files that do not work

If a file is damaged, incomplete or does not open, contact us and we will send a working version right away, or refund you if you prefer.

Earlier physical orders

Orders for physical products placed before October 27, 2026 keep the return terms that applied when they were placed. Email us and we will help.
